Boyle competitors success continues in the latest County Community Games Finals. Jack Kelly followed up his gold medal win in Boyle with a bronze medal in the U-12 Boys Ball Throw.

At the County Gymnastics final, which was held in Ballaghaderreen, Boyle had only three entrants but these young gymnasts came home with two gold and one silver medal. Clodagh Sheerin took gold in the U-8 competition with Roseanna Callan winning the U-10 gold medal followed by Aisling Feely in silver medal position. Clodagh and Roseanna will now go forward to Athlone in August to represent Roscommon in the National Finals. All three gymnasts are members of Carrick-on-Shannon gymnastics club and Boyle Community Games would like to thank their coaches for all the help and support in preparing the girls for their competitions.
